Wearing glasses...
i had laser surgery last year and it was a game changer. was nervous too but it went well. recovery was quick, just a bit of dry eyes for a week. no more headaches or forgetting glasses. if you’re eligible, go for it. worth it imo.- Batruhant

Eye problem using computer
yeah, i’ve had eye strain and headaches from screen time too. switching to a better monitor helps for sure. using a laptop a lot, i get it. i started taking breaks every 20 mins, like look away for 20 secs at something far. 20-20-20 rule, ya know? also got blue light glasses and they help a bit...- Batruhant
