If you are talking about Host & Post there are a few networks which allow that including Pingtree - The Leading Global Loans & Insurance Pingtree & Network and T3 leads also neverblue used to allow that as well (most of these are on Rev Share basis) ..

They do however you will have to contact them personally and send them your earning screenshots as well as identity documents as well including passport scanned copy in some cases,,
