WHat sortt of budget do i need to get started with PPV and what tools, trakcing etc would you advice?

Hey,

You will need for sure:
1. Hosting - linode is something I use
2. Tracking solution - I'm CPVlab long time user so I can recommend this one
3. Initial deposit for network - $1000 for TV and LI and $500 for 50onRed
4. You will need tracking domains and landing page domains as well but those are pennies

Yup those things should get you started, later on it comes to cashflow and paying to PPV networks.
