Direct Linking + Other CPV traffic sources

Hi,

1. I sent highly (keyword) targeted traffic directly to this offer: DebtHunter
I got about 53 clicks in couple of days and zero conversions.
Do you think it's because I didn't make my own simple landing page to stand between the traffic and the offer page? If so, what could be on that landing page?

2. What about other CPV traffic sources that comes from pop-ups/pop-unders sourced from publishers and not adwares? Do they perform the same/worse/better? I'm talking about sources like Zeropark, Adcash, Popads etc.

1. This is really low volume for PPV to make a call. In general I always work with landing pages especially in financial sector.

2. I've tested only zeropark only and it was working really good for me Can't say about adcash.
