I'm very excited to see a Q&A from you here in AffiliateFix. After not finding any success in whitehat mobile, I decided to resort to Facebook BH this year, and since you are the Queen of FB, this timing is perfect for me.
I have 3 questions regarding account stabillity in FB:
1. How long does it take to warm up a new Facebook account before it becomes pretty safe to start running ads on it?
2. Assuming everything has been done properly, what is the average lifespan of a Facebook ad account running blackhat campaigns with a cloaker until it gets shut down?
3. When it's time to scale a blackhat campaign, is it better to always keep your daily budget below a specific amount in order to stay "under the radar" and make more money in the slightly longer run?
