Best way to get multiple accounts / get multiple credit cards for these accounts.
Obviously i am doing stuff Facebook doesn't like.

Create multiple cards, and buy account if you cannot create them... If you are doing stuff FB doesn't like
then you should already have encountered these obstacles, and if you are continuing to promote there then you already know how... ;-)

Media buying on facebook is whole chapter on its own. Cloaking, accounts etc.. most of the real info will never be shared, especially not in a public forum.
