Hi there, you only get banned if you break the rules multiple times or drive big amounts of fraud/fake traffic.
Most affiliate networks - including ourselves at Addiliate.com - will give a warning first. This rarely happens though as we only onboard people we know via fairs, meetings or forums like this.
Shanr02, as many stated above, you'll usually given a notification before getting banned. If you're sending legit traffic to the offers you should be fine.
Always communicate with the CPA Network - if they aren't available via Skype, email them to make sure your traffic backs out for them.
Don't try to fraud them because that's a good reason to kick you out of their network.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
