If you don`t have budget I would suggest you to master free traffic sources first.
The most people are starting with incentivized CPA marketing as it doesn`t require that much time like non-incent.
You can start to drive traffic using Youtube or other video uploading sits while you are still learning SEO.
Once you built up your budget you can get into paid traffic sources.
