How do I optimize my mobile campaigns to get them profitable?

So this is sort of a followup to my previous question(s).

Let's say i have accumulated traffic and data already, have conversions, but am in the red.

What do you tweak in your mobile campaigns to make them profitable?

Well I don't wanna reveal too much of the optimization process as it's one of my key competitive advantages.

I will say that the top 3 most important variables are testing the offers, cutting out unprofitable carriers, and getting really high CTR ads so you can get cheaper clicks.

Other elements to test include: landing pages, operating system, handsets, publisher targeting, etc.
