How to start with PPC (Facebook/7Search/Bing) using CPA Offers?

Hey There,

I would like to know how to start with PPC (Facebook/7Search/Bing) using CPA Offers from PeerFly (Soon going to apply for Max Bounty)?

I am right now into CPA + Youtube Marketing. But I want to shift to CPA using PPC Marketing as it gives better ROI and results.

Please guide me perfectly, I will be very thankful.

I have done many research already like how to increase CTR. But till now no profit came out. Just spent money like water flowing in river.
