Is there easy master template & script that makes extra traffic & optimazing ads?

I like to know is there any template & script that makes extra traffic & optimizing?

Like controlling back & exit Pop-up traffic send over to new campaign over and over again up to 10-15 levels.....using voluum to see the conversion rate and no of clicks..... EPV rate.... so we can optimizing the all campaigns...

I know we can make it one campaign at a time... but I'm pretty sure we can manage all campaigns with one master script to control...

I like to know we can do this....

The landers I use always have these added 'tricks' in them, the coders at bannerslanders.com add it for me though.
