Hi, is there any volunteer mentors to help a new person with more of a step by step or at least someone to confirm if the newbie is doing the mechanics correctly?

Not that I know of but there are many forums just like this and even a few very good facebook groups you could join, where other successful affiliates are willing to help newbies.
