Just wondering when comes to technical knowledge, lander design and other aspects of running affiliate business what is the best practice for outsourcing it and what are the things which I should master myself ?
That is a great question. Mastering yourself is finding the right offers and running traffic so you can test new sources. As you find working ones you outsource that one. I would hire landingpageguys for design, they do great work and they can code it for you too. If you need a programmer for simple stuff or setting up your server, landingpageguys or lab270 can help you and are very familiar with the affiliate world so its easy to explain you need a tracking system hooked up or all your pixels placed etc.
So in short, master finding the offers and running traffic yourself. That is the most difficult part to outsource

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
