Followup question:
When outsourcing banners and landing pages. How much direction do you give the designer? Do you give them all the text. to be used and a general outline of what you want? Do they select the images to be used, or do you?

I give them example banners to work off of at first. If something's wrong then I'll ask for changes.
After a while they learn and don't need directions anymore. For example I can tell my guy, 20 adult dating banners, and they'll go out and find the women themselves. At this point they have so much practice they can make banners better than I can.
