Yeah, speed tests are a good thing to generate occasionally. Once you have a development pattern for landing pages, you don't need to test everyone. At that point you are actually just testing you server speed at different times to see what the traffic impact is on server performance.

Yes, I run speed tests on all new landing page designs that have not been tested previously.

Yeah always I run speed tests before introducing a lander into rotation.
Page load speed has a huge impact on your campaign especially when running pops and redirect traffic.

I use GTmetrix | Website Speed and Performance Optimization to test my landing page speed and follow their suggestions on the places I need to make changes to improve landing page speed.
