Target quality

Hi Luke. I'm pretty new in PPV waiting my money being transferred to my credit card to start 50onRed campaigns.

Meanwhile I read your ppv book and got one questions about this:

"I’ll then trim down that 3-5 pages of prospective target sites to the ones with the highest
quality. This is where you can’t afford to not be picky. Your success depends on it."

Can you please explain how do you estimate target quality ?
Until now I thought it is better to have more targets and I thought that you just put keywords in google and take links and push them in your PPV network...

It's done using old school method of your gut ,plus when you add them to network you check if there is high competition.
Just stay away from targets like wiki,shopathome cuz they love to jump into your list with a root domain
