1. How do you hire good media buyers?
2. What kind of training do you put them through? E.g. specific courses or online training
3. How do you motivate them to perform? E.g. commission structure

2. There's a lengthy interview process to test various skills from creativity to ability to follow instructions to problem solving, technical skills and more.
3. They get base salary and commission.
