Type of server

Hi Lukasz,
thanks for this Q&A! I've been considering starting CPA promoting using PPV for a while, but something I hear from many Gurus always scared me a bit, so I wanted to hear your proffesional opinion on this.
Does only VPS type of server works for PPV?
I already have a baby plan on hostgator for 115$/year, so I really don't want to invest additional 39 or so per month on VPS.
What's your though?

In genera, you need to keep in mind that ads are getting shut down on PPV really quick by adware users, which means that load time is really important here.

Depending on your volume you can start with something smaller and switch later on to VPS or go with linode(I use it)
