I am a disabled US Navy Veteran of OEF. I arrived at my command in Japan on September 7, 2001...as a new recruit, my orientation was shorter than normal.

My focus is real estate investing, with a focus on my contracting for Equity Sharing Investors. These investors lend money--for no monthly payments nor interest--to home owners. They hope the home appreciates in value, so that when the home owner sells, they can make a good ROI.

What the home owner uses that money is up to them: pay off a sizable part of their mortgage; pay other debts; invest...if they invest, they can use that cashflow to help pay off that loan, and may pay it all off, so that they can keep the full value of their home. Options.

I also help people learn how they can roll their retirement accounts (401k, IRA, etc), in part or full, to self-directed accounts, for investing, and similar for those who want to use a Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit...of course, they can combine these methods, for larger investment options.

I'm looking to show that I am a legit person--non-spammer--and to recruit affiliates to help promote these businesses.
