What Network have "VEXILONA"?

Hello, Does anyone know what Network have "VEXILONA" offer? Aside OfferVault, what would be the best way to find the networks according the offers? Please help me! Thank you!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
