I’m running campaigns to Russia in KMA, and hypertension products work well, like Micardin, for example. They also offered good rates for it. I recommend it. You can also check out other GEOs; there are actually a lot of options, you can essentially run campaigns worldwide.
CIS or Europe? In affiliate marketing (CPA), I analyzed both options and tried to find the most profitable one for myself. Personally, I saw an advantage in Europe. For example, the BigHunter offer (potency/prostatitis): the payouts are attractive, with an average approval rate of 25% for potency and 30% for prostatitis. In the CIS, I tested Brutalax targeting Kazakhstan; traffic is cheap, and leads are also inexpensive (if you manage to find a hook), but I see more potential in Europe.
