Hi.
For those who are actively involved in social media marketing, what metric do you use as basis for the effectiveness of your social network marketing?
Hi. I want to keep my Twitter and Facebook accounts as updated as possible. But, I am also careful not to end up annoying. How do I draw the line? How often should I post new content?
Food sites would be an attractive venue for advertisers. You could solicit ads from restaurants, suppliers of food ingredients, suppliers of food processing equipment and tools.
And I think the content and the community in itself should be relevant to the users or the target audience. I might sign up for a community but remain inactive in it if I don't see anything valuable in my participation. You can only make me come back if there's value in it.
Very helpful tips. Aside from choosing a profitable niche, I think you should also choose a niche you can still compete in. Other niches are highly saturated already.
A variety of techniques - from Facebook and Youtube marketing to blog comments and guest posting. You should consider the market you want to capture since different techniques appeal to different market groups.
I am a Yahoo! baby. I was born during the time Yahoo was the trend. But, I became an active netizen at a time Google was starting to dominate the industry. Honestly, I have not even used Bing... even just once. I think it will take a lot before these two email domains can overrule again.
True. You should never place all of your eggs in one basket. If you place all of your investment into one medium alone, you are carrying a very high risk. All means of internet marketing have their own share of risks and limitations. When you diversify, you lessen the risks.
I agree on Twitter. I find it more strategic compared to Facebook. However, with regards to traffic, I think Facebook is on the lead. If the purpose is on recruitment marketing, I would choose LinkedIn. It really depends on your target goal.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
