Yes, Jasper is primarily decent, but the thing with Jasper is that to get good quality you are correcting everything, so it's not entirely on autopilot... If you are making an actual autopilot blog with AI it will be crap. But you can get a lot of help, and just fix the details along the way...

A lot of great advice is already given however I feel that most of the advice are only working if you already have traffic.
To get the traffic I would personally recommend creating a blog section as that attracts visitors to the site, that is looking for what you are selling. Good luck.
