    I'm not really bothered as to what copyright is the software showing. CPVLab has not had any update since 2016 so I am looking forward to what both teams can come up with, the software is in dire need of upgrades in several areas. I am hoping for something more than visual refresh though!

    Of course you should! If not for the bonus, you'd be at a small loss but still great achievement. Analyze your tracking data, you are not far from breaking even in normal circumstances.

    I believe amazon SES has the best inbox rate but it is hard to be used for affiliate promotions. Mailgun is also good.

    Missing DigitalOcean (used by me now) and Vultr (heard only good things of them, will try them out soon). I suppose Godaddy should get .. honorable mention, though I hope not many are using them anymore. Out of shared hosting accounts, I have been really happy with SiteGround.

    Unlike on AWS, on DO all your ports are open by default so good firewall setup with maybe fail2ban is necessary. There are also auto-update scripts for most Linux flavours.
