    - I set up a container in rackspace - bought domains on namecheap, waited for them to propagate - added the domains to cloudflare (just follow instructions from cloudflare - create CNAME records in cloudflare and point them to the rackspace container. Hope that helps

    I see some people test offers using high bid. How do you optimise from there? It doesnt make sense to cut according to payout and spend. 3x payout on high bid might only be like <500 visits. So should I wait for 1000 clicks regardless of spend?
