We've used all of them, but push and PPV is working the best. We've promoted sweeps, software, apps, pay per call, casino, and email submits that aren't sweeps.- RipNRun

There are certain networks out there, that if you are producing high volume, they will give you a custom iframe in which you can build an offer page around, and make your own offers.- RipNRun

What the tool does is find every <script> tag in the HTML (disables it). So there's a pretty high chance (100% probably) that it WILL disable the scripts.. But, as you said, it will ALSO disable the required scripts for the page to work. We basically comment it out, and you can look at the html...- RipNRun

We've had loads of success with pops on the smart CPA basis. Mobile apps still work on pops! Push is also great for CC sweeps if you can angle it correctly, Casinos works well too.
