As per thread title. I'm looking for reliable and versatile self-serve networks for desktop and mobile video. Technical flexibility would be a plus (for instance the ability to fire external impression trackers and such). Video serving should be in-house - I upload the mp4 file and they handle...
I've seen many push ads (notifications) networks lately and that's great, but what I'm looking for is the ability to tag users on my websites and then reach them with push ads. Retargeting, basically. I've been looking through a few networks, but the only thing I've found is the ability to...
I quite like idea of the type of formats PropelMedia (TrafficVance) offers:
Propel Media | Advertisers (scroll down for formats)
What they call "OutStream" and "Native" looks interesting - basically a hovering layer with the ad content.
Unfortunately they don't offer my geos. Any other...
Is there a way to force a mobile redirect to open in Play Store app?
Some mobile browsers "like" to open store links, especially if they're coming from a 3rd party tracker, as a webpage instead of Play Store app.
I'm mostly interested in Eastern European traffic. I've had a lot of success with Zeropark and some with 50onRed, so I'm looking to expand to other networks too.
I haven't found a current list of minimum bids and deposits anywhere, so I thought it would also help others if we compiled it here...
Thanks for your input Alex. I see that TrackingDesk has already implemented campaign/offer-specific pixels; maybe it's something you could implement as well. :)
Thanks for your detailed posts, Laurent.
This issue is not so much a problem for the advertiser, but for me, because it screws with my stats. It's not good when I get conversions in the wrong campaigns, because I can't make any informed decisions about optimization and the like.
I realize it's...
Let's assume all 3 urls are in fact TrackingDesk. User John DID click on a TD campaign URL X, but did not complete Offer X. Instead, he forgot all about it, and later found offer Y landing page in some other way (non-TD). TD conversion pixel fired, John had a TD cookie, so a conversion did...
Both AdsBridge and TrackingDesk use identical tracking pixels for all campaigns. As a result, if one of my clients puts the pixel on a popular offer landing page, I start seeing conversions in my other campaigns too. Needless to say, it's pretty terrible for my stats. I know my clients should...
Well, it's the other way around, isn't it.
https://mytrackingdomain.com -> CNAME -> https://trackerdomain.com
As far as I understand, my SSL cert would have to be hosted at https://trackerdomain.com. Unless there's another way that I'm not aware of - that's what I'm trying to find out here!
That's the thing though: when I delegate the domain (or subdomain) via CNAME to you, YOUR sever will be asked to provide the certificate. And you can't do that, can you?
That's where I'm confused. To make https work correctly, the server that handles the pixel should host the SSL certificate as well. I don't think there's a way to host the certificate on my server if the domain is delegated by CNAME to AdsBridge. AdsBridge would have to host the SSL certificate...
Hi,
I'm preparing to work with a CPA advertiser who:
- can't use postbacks, only pixels
- needs https pixels, since the conversion pages are https
- the pixels will be placed using Google Tag Manager, so I need my own domain for tracking, or else they'll likely be tagged as malware
I normally...
Oh, and to clarify: I'm not saying that they fire at the same time in 3 different campaigns. As I see it, they fire on the same offer page, and because all 3 campaigns use the same conversion pixel url, conversions register in any campaign that would "react" to that pixel AND that happens to...
