I've been running it since Thursday (it is a solar offer).. I've actually tried several different campaigns with it now with different set ups.. First time I had just one campaign (conversion campaign) with 3 ad sets and multiple different ads in each ad set.. This one held a $1.39 CPC and $19...
Thanks for the reply/advice! The offer, according to my AM, has been working very well. I know with FB a lot of it is getting the algorithm to optimize and each conversion makes it stronger so that's why I'm not sure if I should push on with my current campaign or perhaps try different creatives.
Hello,
Do you guys have any sort of thumbrule for when you'd give up on a given offer? I'm running a $20 CPA offer right now on FB and have just 2 conversions so far on almost $300 spent.. Just curious as to when you really decide to move on to another offer. Thank you!
Hello,
Do you think it is a good idea to have a different FB Page for each vertical? I have one FB Page that I consider to be more of a "general" consumer protector type of page that I think can encompass numerous different verticals but I've heard from some people saying that FB will use the...
Hello,
Here is an example offer link I received from my affiliate network..
http://tracking.affnet.com/aff_c?offer_id=25&aff_id=1243&source={campid}&aff_sub={trafficsource}&aff_sub4=179556805843224&aff_sub5={ClickID}
My question is after inserting the link into my tracker would I change the...
When it comes to dynamic insertion of a city or state in a headline, what have you had the most success with? Using city or the state? Looking forward to hearing about it. Thanks as always!
Hey guys,
Has anyone done contextual keyword targeting on Outbrain and would you recommend doing this or do you think better to just start blacklisting broad and optimize from there? Thank you!
Thanks for the replies. @Graybeard Let's just say for home improvement type leads/products. @NeverGiveUp I hear that. That's why I figure just gotta run to let the data decide.
Hey guys,
In your experience, would you say that the weekends do worse in terms of conversions for native platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent?
Thanks for that. Yea I really think starting out with a lower-end bid sort of doomed the two campaigns from the get go. Just wasn't getting good traffic placements and I think rebooting the campaigns anew starting with a high bid to gain top-end placements will help build up good CTR metrics and...
I actually have tested about 90 different ad creatives (different combos of images and headlines), along with 3 different landers (all of which have proven successful before). This is why I was thinking my very low bid just put my ads in subpar placements/widgets and why I was thinking of...
Hey everyone,
So I just started a new campaign on Outbrain using VoluumDSP and started out bidding a bit too low for CPM I think on a $50/budget on "Smooth." My CPM bid was 0.53 to start in a suggested bid range of 0.23-1.53.
My Win Rate after a day's worth of spend was 34%. I got 303,000...

Thanks tyoussef and also Karolina for the help! Yea Outbrain's documentation is pretty vague regarding the passback tokens - both Taboola and RevContent are quite clear on the other hand. Thank you though for the screenshot and verification. I will set mine up like that.
As for the S2S...
Hello,
Can anyone please confirm for me the tracking parameters for Outbrain? Is what I have in the attached image correct?
Also, is S2S postback possible with Outbrain? I am using voluum as my tracker. Thank you!
To confirm, after you complete these steps, you do not need to do anything else (like place the pixel on the thank you page of your vendor), correct? So, every time any ClickBank sale occurs, this tracking pixel will fire and postback will be sent to your tracker?
