    Have you tried talking with their support via Skype and explain the situation thoroughly? Keep in mind a ton of networks do this so in the future if you want to set up a secondary account at least make sure it´s not related to your original account by any means (email, IP, payment methods, etc.).

    No, they don't. Their forte is pop traffic and they're still building their push database with their publishers but definitely not growing as much as many other networks that implemented push since 2017-2018.

    I don't focus much on Desktop for Push traffic because most of the volume resides in Mobile (Android). In some networks, desktop has only 30% of the volume, and in some others like Zeropark it's just like 10% or less while Mobile has got 90% of the market share.
