Thanks @Robert Alexis!
When I was starting out, anyone that posted decent figures were inspirational. Pat Flynn, Tyler Cruz, etc. Noah Kagan has always been my biggest inspiration though. His attitude to business is amazing!
So sorry for the late reply, I don't know how I missed this!
If you're still around - I've had success with Adwords but 99% of my efforts have gone in FB marketing. I'm sure there are other ways, you could pay instagram/twitter/FB admins for a post out. Media buys might work.
I'm not a big fan...
@datawrangler,
+1 for 50onred! Their platform's pretty and very friendly support. Whatever you decide to do, do it literally 1,000 times before you give up. I can almost guarantee you'll find something! I've been doing FB for over a year and 1,500 campaigns later I'm still learning things to...
Thanks,
1. No, but that's a good idea!
2. I'll only do the one design for the one niche. BUT as time goes on and I see a campaign that MIGHT work in one of my previous niches, I go back and test it. I've noticed there are people that do the opposite of me, find a niche and hammer it with a...
It's definitely tough. For me it was do or die. All my friends were progressing in their professions, some on six figure salaries and here I was, ended my great job for this. I HAD to make it work.
You also need to surround yourself with like minded people, it makes it so much easier. The...
Basically wake up at 6-7.
- do some research as to what’s currently selling. Go through some popular FB pages, social sleuth, teespring.com/discover, ebay.com, (sold listings), etc.
- list 5-8 designs I’m interested in.
- design
- launch + advertise
- next day I’ll analyze last days...
9/10 of my campaigns
9/10 of my teespring campaigns are like this. Your stats are quite average, not really 'viral'. Sometimes people like it so they engage with the post but don't like it enough to buy. Maybe tighten up your targeting, or try another design.
Try the Tutorial Videos in my...
Sorry for the late reply!
Well, I've been doing the $30 for just one day but when I'm trialing a lot of campaigns at the same time I tend to waste a lot of money so now I've shifted to setting it at $20/day BUT max I'll go till is $30 before I decide whether to continue or scrap it.
I design most of them myself. If I’m overwhelmed and need some help, I’ve got a guy on desk I pay $5-$10/design depending on how complex it is.
Thanks! I’ve already got over 30 vids on my blog going through the whole process from designing to marketing on FB, just click on my signature and go...
Probably yes. The main thing that made my international campaigns profitable though were the REALLY cheap cost for clicks. Pretty much all my camps were at 1 cent per click! That means for just $30 I was getting 3,000 clicks/engagements! The conversion rate was probably lower but with so much...
99% FB
It will NEVER be over-saturated. There will always be opportunity to those that search hard enough. It's like niche ideas, there's 1,000's of them.
I'll admit though, it is getting harder and harder!
I thought I'd add to this section. You can never have enough success stories. I still read through them from time to time.
I started Teespring in Jan/Feb last year 2014. I had no idea how to use FB Advertising but was seeing Teespring success stories everywhere and just wanted in on the action...
Launching a Teespring Campaign Guide
There is a lot of money to be made in Teespring or in the custom product industry in general. The following guide will cover the steps I take to launch campaigns.
Note: Following these steps does not guarantee a profitable campaign, it merely lays out the...
Hey Guys,
Oliver requested if I'd post a guide to Teespring. I've been doing it exclusively all of 2014 and done pretty well, (300k in revenue).

My approach is to see what's working and to reverse engineer the design to try other niches.
For example I saw this shirt called 'brulosophy - they who think beer will think beer', It sold about 170 shirts. I thought of a bunch of others that would fit it like,
- birdlosophy
- dadlosophy
-...
Hey Guys,
I started with Teespring around Jan/Feb last year, (2014).
Had little to NO clue how FB works but just knew people were banking big with it so I decided to give it a go.
50 campaigns later I got my first to tip and in March I had a MASSIVE 85k Profit Month, (around 150k in Revenue)...
Hi KJ,
Cool blog man, I'm always reading it.
One thing I haven't been able to break into is promoting CPS offers through PPV. Maybe I gave up too early who knows but what would be your top tips/angles on promoting CPS offers on PPV?
If you could give a previous case study that would be...
