    That could be a reason. A great percentage of affiliates from these south asian countries are scammers: Bangladesh > Pakistan > India. Nothing can be done unless you have a great referral who can vouch for you.

    It is certainly possible. S2s pixels would provide only conversions data but some networks do have APIs that can give you clicks data as well. If you describe the exact expectations, network names (and platform like affise/cake), I might be able to help you with it.

    It's highly unlikely that TopOffers will scam you. @TopOffers is a vendor here, they should be able to provide more information on it. They're very reputed and I haven't heard of any complaints about them. I hope, it's indeed a banking issue and you'll get your payment in some time.
