None of what you said is valid. The truth is that this is prob a one man team and you're asking people for money with the promise to pay it in services when needed. Personally, I would not send you any money.
Start promoting it in forums (not spamming), Indian FB groups, having people linking to it etc etc. People that know, and Google, are suspicious of such review sites, as they are used to drive aff clicks to Amazon.

You need to build trust, and that starts with a "Our Team" page.
don't use them for anything that matters, like getting links for example. You might ruin your site's reputation. Use them knowing that your money might be lost, but that's about it. No other losses.
