Sure, it's your tool, your wish. But remember, your customers are also "stakeholders" and as such they should also have a say in it, especially when it's something as critical as pricing (as it directly impact the operating costs). Well, my comparison of Voluum would be with other tracking service providers, not ALL SaaS products in the market. Different needs, different solutions right? Voluum... The thing is... You can't just keep on changing your pricing structure every now and then in the name of new features.. I may not even need those features as yet... While Voluum is good or maybe even the best, at the end of the day, it's just a tracker... one of the many components...- surajkartha
