Seeking Help Unable to register EXO account?

I have tried many times but still cannot register. Can anyone tell me why? Is it restricted and cannot be registered outside the local country?

Reason: Per our Terms of Service, you must be approved by a supplier to conduct business on the forum. Submit your application and wait for approval.
