It all depends on the goal of your social page. If it is to promote a product you don't fully trust than make a fake profile. If you promote something relevant to you than use your name.

If it's white hat that I believe in than I use my page.
Otherwise I make new ones ;) Even if it's white hat but doesn't go well with my profile.
