    Both are easy networks, and the minimum deposit is low. So try both of them. PopCash is easier and has nice support while PopAds have carrier targeting and more targeting options. So depending on the offer you can test both.

    Really depends on the offer and how crazy you are. All the top affiliates are crazy people. For an offer that pays less than 1$, about 20$ would be a nice testing budget. The higher the payout, the bigger the required testing budget.

    Tom, If you get 0% CTR, it can be two things: - Either your setup is wrong. - The traffic is bot traffic. In your case, its most likely the first one. Get the setup verified by some one who uses Adsbridge or their support.
