Really depends on the offer and how crazy you are. All the top affiliates are crazy people.
For an offer that pays less than 1$, about 20$ would be a nice testing budget. The higher the payout, the bigger the required testing budget.

If you get 0% CTR, it can be two things:
- Either your setup is wrong.
- The traffic is bot traffic.
In your case, its most likely the first one. Get the setup verified by some one who uses Adsbridge or their support.
ZeroPark is a nice choice, so is PopAds.

When the network has really high EPC and CR, it means the top affiliate or affiliates are using a landing page. So unless you know their angle and have their creatives and their placements, you wont get anywhere near those numbers.

You want offers where people do not have to think too much, or have a very compelling lander. App installs and freebies do work there.
Bidding is based on the competition and how much traffic you want. Volume is quite low on MobiCow, so unless you are not bidding high enough, you wont get much...
Of the top of my head.
- Your Voluum tracking setup might not be right.
- 1830 isnt THAT big of a number for Pop traffic. The user didn't ask for it, so its like SPAM to him.
- Visits to landing page are not counted in affiliate network. So 75 would be the clicks you got on your landing page...
