You can of course submit the same article to multiple sites. You would probably want to stick to sites with a Page Rank of 4 or higher, this way you know you are working with sites that you know have been around and are somewhat popular. How do article submission sites work?
There are some really good programs out there that automatically submit your article for you. You would go through the process of registering for all the sites.
