This is actually normal, if the offer does not require any additional information from you it will automatically submit the form, if there was any questions you needed to answer it would not let you proceed until you completed the form. Hey Yes of course. :) We allow incentives and you can promote any offer that does NOT say in restrictions 'No incentives'. If you want a global postback or pixel placing just ask your account manager and they will place this for you. Thanks- Matt
