Free or low cost Adult traffic methods?

I got approved for some adult offers in biz profits. Whats some good free or low cost methods to send good traffic to these offers? I know some pubs that use craigslist and instagram, but from my understanding, thats not allowed?? Im new to this niche. Please be kind :)
