Only receiving 10% Facebook clicks

Hi Everyone! I have a big problem... since i started using Facebook advertising i only receive 10% of the clicks that are measured in Facebook! I'm using Imobitrax for tracking and the LP speed is perfect! We should track every visitor without any problem.. but for some reason we are missing...
