keep a log of your activity --> progress = motivation
can be a spreadsheet
or a written diary
you can then calculate your progress
and say if you "gave 100%"
I find this sharpens your focus
& helps you plan your time effectively

- determine your life goal --> example: build a refuge for 100 stray dogs
- must be specific
- must be logically achievable
- must be time bound
- must benefit yourself & others
- determine your 4 year goals (or choose an EVEN number of goals)
- health --> example: run a marathon 26.2 miles in 4 hr
- money --> example: earn $100,000
- work --> example: become an affiliate marketing professional
- home --> example: build a garage for my boat
- determine your monthly action plan
- determine your weekly action plan
- determine your realistic daily routine
