Facebook is very picky about the types of ads they will accept. Look at their advertising policies, then look at all the whining about refused ads and closed advertising accounts and bans. How do you define good?
You have to be able to work within their boundaries.

Verification

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
