AdMob Review?

Anyone here have success with AdMob? I have read from many places that maximum people failed to reach success with them.

I have a bad experience with them. I lost 250$ without any conversion. May be I had set up a wrong campaign.

I have a bad experience too but I thought that was my fault. Now I understand it wasn't because I get success to other ads networks with same set up.
