I think it's only possible in cooperation with one of the persons (performers) on cam.
Demii is using her cam page on Chaturbate to convert the traffic to her cam
--she "owns" the traffic
--as long as Chaturbate allows.

If you just promote a random cam, you think is good; then you have all traffic issues as you would in any affiliate program.

I have seen this done in the past, however;
--so it is possible
--but I don't believe you will get as great of a return
on your efforts as Demii is getting now.
