Advance payments for webmasters

Hi!
I would like to know opinion on service we are developing.
As we know webmaster is receiving payment from CPA with delay 15-40 days, so the question is how is it important to receive payments faster (1-2 days from leads posted)?
How relevant and valuable will be service for webmasters when they will be payed within 1-2 days (with our commission) with our service instead of waiting for funds for 15+ days?

Question is - Are webmasters ready to pay fee (commission) to get money faster?
Do they have this issue at all or for majority its not issue (i mean they are ready to wait holding period etc)?
Because i heard different opinion on this: someone saying that prevalent share of masters are actually having organic traffic so they dont need fast payment.
