Advertising Overseas

Can you sign up with a US Affiliate Network and advertise overseas? Or does the affiliate network have to be in that country? Also any objections to advertising in Brazil?

Depends. The location of the network does not matter that much. It's more if the merchant or offer allows overseas traffic and ships overseas. If the product only ships to US it would be a waste of your time to advertise overseas.

I seldom hear about Brazil, so that could be a good niche. At any rate, I see nothing wrong with it as long as it's OK with merchant.
