I am in the process of starting a cashback site similar to upromise.com & we-care.com. I'm looking for an experienced affiliate management person that has extensive experience in dealing with such a site. The candidate should have experience managing the affiliate program (tagging, tracking and daily reporting). Design and execute affiliate campaign strategy would also be helpful.
