I have been around the block a time or two, in different online ventures, however a recent opportunity has presented itself, and I need to hammer out an agreement quickly. The client is a company with only a couple of products, said products are in the gardening space, and have a substantially high profit margin. If I were to enter into a pay for performance compensation scenario, with the client, what are some suggested structures that are seen in the industry?
