Affiliate Manager
Interactive Brands is a young growing online marketing company. We develop software applications, which we sell on a multitude of websites. Our products are being promoted in multiple languages and currencies by our extensive online advertising and affiliation programs. Summary:
The Affiliate Manager will take a leadership position in maximizing our efforts to develop our consumer reach with our portfolio verticals. He/She must have knowledge and experience in online advertising and affiliate marketing. The affiliate manager will be responsible for the diversification of our traffic sources and to strengthen our current affiliate base.
Job description & responsibilities:
? Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
? Identify and recruit relevant top producing affiliates
? Identify and recommend new channels and traffic opportunities
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates
? Respond to questions and requests from key affiliates
? Actively consult with key affiliate partners on ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote
? Negotiate multiple payout structures including CPA and CPC
? Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
? Work tightly with the Marketing Team for the product development to identify top producing offers
? Manage communications between technical and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are met
? Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements
? Become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff
? Communication with peers and management.
? Positive contributor to team environments.
Job requirements & qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is required
? Knowledge and experience in online advertising and affiliate marketing strategies required; specific experience with search engine marketing and email marketing strongly preferred.
? Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities.
? Highly organized and excellent time management.
? Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner.
? Minimum five (5) years experience in Interactive marketing or media, e-commerce, advertising, or technical products & services industries.
? Strong mathematical and negotiation skills.
? Ability to build compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
