Glazer Enterprises is a leading online marketing agency that focuses on search, affiliate and social media. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who is able to work on a part-time, freelance basis. The Affiliate Manager will be mainly responsible for recruiting affiliates into client programs and negotiating performance-based deals (CPA, CPL, etc?). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a wide variety of online marketing techniques including affiliate marketing, search marketing and email marketing.

Responsibilities:
? Identify and recruit relevant affiliates
? Negotiate multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA and CPC
? Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
? Actively consult with key affiliates on ongoing basis
? Respond to questions and requests from affiliates
? Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
? Analyze reporting and recommend strategic improvements
? Weekly calls with account teams and clients
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree required
? 2 or more years experience in online marketing
? Minimum of 1 year experience with managing affiliate marketing campaigns
? Demonstrated command of affiliate tracking systems like CJ, Linkshare, Buyat, etc?
? Strong mathematical and negotiation skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent problem solving abilities
? Highly organized and efficient time management
? Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner
